Torq is a new sales prospecting email and lead tracking system which aims to maximize sales results by providing personalized email outreach for a business’ customers. To complement this tailored outreach, the Torq platform features essential email marketing metrics and integrated lead tracking, allowing businesses to analyze messages and prospects via one centralized interface.

Torq includes functionality that integrates with Mandrill, a leading transactional email system by MailChimp. In addition to providing the backbone for the email portion of the product, MailChimp’s integrations team provided guidance and feedback throughout the process and financially backed a portion of the development through their Integration Fund.

Torq also provides integration with Zapier, which allows the user to share lead tracking data with over 300 popular web applications, including email marketing tools, Customer Relation Management programs (CRMs), task management apps and more.
