We’ve got an important announcement for ORBTR users who are doing lead generation through Gravity Forms.
As some of you may have noticed, late last week Gravity Forms started pushing updates to clients for their newest version, 1.7. This is a VERY significant update and changes the way you administrate forms. These changes impacted the ORBTR/Gravity Forms integration for some users.
Our latest release, 2.3.7, pushed to our customers this week, fixes the issue and resolves all compatibility issues. Here’s how you’ll handle this going forward (and it’s not much different):
Under Forms, roll over the form you wish to edit and select Form Settings. Your screen should look something like this:
Just scroll down to the very bottom, select Enable ORBTR Integration, update your settings and you’re done 🙂 See the screen shot below for reference.
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT NOTE: You may need to re-enable this setting on forms you were previously tracking when you update Gravity Forms.
If you are (or intend to) update to the latest version of Gravity Forms, please make sure you also enable the latest version of ORBTR and follow the instructions in this post. We’ve also updated our documentation for anyone who wants a copy.
And, if you have not updated to the new version of Gravity Forms yet or (for whatever reason), don’t intend to don’t worry. The new version of ORBTR will still work on legacy versions of Gravity Forms.
